Telehealth Appointments

The Carter Clinic is currently using video conferencing options for individuals who do not require an in-person office visit during this time.

To access  Zoom, please click here to download the software/app. Please note you will be able to access software from a mobile device or desktop computer.

​

When you receive a reminder call about your upcoming appointment, please notify staff if the phone number we have on file is not the number you wish to use for video appointments.

 

Once you have downloaded the software, you will be provided with a meeting ID to "join" at your appointment time. There will be a virtual waiting room and the provider will admit you when it is time to be seen.  If you run into any issues please reach out to the office.
