The Carter Clinic is currently moving to phone or video conferencing options for individuals who do not require an in-person office visit during this time.
When you receive a reminder call about your upcoming appointment, please notify staff of your desire to have either video or have a telephone appointment.
If you chosen a telephone appointment, your provider will call you at the time of your appointment, using the number you have provided.
If you have chosen a video conference appointment, you will be provided with a meeting ID to "join" at your appointment time. There may be a virtual waiting room and the provider will admit you when it is time to be seen. To access our video conference system, Zoom, please click here to download the video conferencing software. Please note you will be able to access software from a mobile device or desktop computer.
This is a new way of treatment for us all and we are confident that it will be suitable for your needs. If you run into any issues please reach out to the office.
As always, the safety and well-being of our patients and staff are top priority and we will continue to update as the situation changes. Our goal is to ensure that care is not interrupted in the event of a county or state-wide containment situation.
